Important Notices: 1. Use water with a temperature between -20°C and 50°C. The bladder is not suitable for juice, milk, soft drinks, or alcohol. 2. Soak the bladder in warm (30-40°C) saltwater solution (7% concentration) for an hour before first use, then rinse thoroughly. 3. Clean the bladder with a mild detergent and ensure it is completely dry before storing. 4. Avoid contact with extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, and UV light, as these can damage the bladder. 5. Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to prevent punctures. 6. Do not overtighten the cap to avoid difficulty in opening. 7. Replace the bladder every 6 months for optimal performance.
